In early 1984 a company called Business Financial Negotiators was born as a Los Angeles chapter of Inland Debt Arbitrators of Orange County, and became independent shortly thereafter.

In the spring of 2004, faced with the need for expansion, due to the ever-growing demand for company’s services, and his impending retirement, founder and owner of Business Financial Negotiators approached a small, successful, Beverly Hills-based, private equity management and investment firm with a proposition to make Business Financial Negotiators part of its family and growing the company to give it wherewithal to service all those requesting help in Southern California Territory. As a result, a five-year plan for Commercial Debt Solutions was born.
